The season’s final show concludes here! Hundreds of product lines will be displayed. The focus and objective of this show is to finalize the season’s business and order writing in three days.
SHOW RULES & POLICIES
Please become familiar with the enclosed Show Rules & Show Policies.
Exhibitor Kits will be mailed to exhibiting members 6 weeks prior to show opening. Show ID and Password will be emailed to exhibiting members at the same time. Information on ordering additional booth or meeting room furnishings will be included in your Exhibitor Kit, deadline for ordering additional furnishings is TBD.
MOVE IN & SET UP
Sunday, March 5th 9:00am – 8:00pm, complete. All exhibitors must be in the building by 6:00 pm.
The exhibit hall will be completely shut down and locked at 8:00pm sharp. Without exception, all booth space and meeting room space must be completely set up by 8:00pm Sunday. Please plan your move-in time and set-up accordingly!
Any Exhibitor setting their booth, carrying boxes, etc. on Monday morning will be fined, the fine is $500.00.
NESR has taken every measure to ensure that move-in and move-out is as smooth as
possible. It’s imperative that all members and exhibitors become familiar with move-in
and move-out procedures detailed in this information. Your cooperation and patience are

Note: Reps are welcome to early show floor access beginning at 7:00am daily.
Early Appointment Hours: Beginning at 7:30am daily
Late Appointment Hours: From 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Mon –Wed
Reps are required to meet their appointments at the show entrance. Reps and retailers
must wear proper badge ID, and retailers are required to sign in/out with security. After
each late appointment is complete, please be sure to escort your retailer to the security
entrance for sign out.
Retailers who are in the exhibit areas between the hours of 6:00pm -9:00pm unaccompanied by a rep will be escorted out by security.
Thursday, 3/9 beginning at 3:00pm early breakdowns are strictly prohibited.
Hotel Guests: $12.00 per night. Exhibitor Parking (non- hotel guest) = $6.00 per day w/validation.
Oversized Vehicle Parking –Must register at the NESR registration desk to receive a windshield pass. Any vehicle that has not registered with NESR or does not have a windshield pass will be towed. The hotel reserves the right to have any unauthorized vehicles or illegally parked vehicles towed.
MOVE IN & MOVE OUT POLICY
To help ensure a smooth orderly move-out process, exhibitors may use the following locations only for loading in and out:
3rd floor parking garage & loading dock stairs **Elm St. Entrance of Expo Center.
Note: **These areas can be used for live parking and unloading only. Lanes must be kept clear for traffic and emergency vehicles. Exhibitors will not be allowed to drive up on the sidewalk. Exhibitors are prohibited from using the Front Lobby of the Hotel as an unloading area or loading area.
The loading dock height is 49” with 10’ high doors. Overhead clearance in the parking garage is 7’ high.
Standard vehicles can unload into the Expo Center via the parking garage 3rd level. Oversized vehicles will unload into the Expo Center via the rear loading dock.

Please make sure you bring any unloading equipment you need, i.e., dollies, pallet jacks, two wheelers. Neither the hotel or booth contractor provides moving equipment.
It is the intent of NESR shows to emphasize the sale of winter sports products; however, members who have contra-seasonal lines may show them provided at least 51% of their total space is displayed with sports products. All products must be represented by the member(s) who contracted for the space.
Members who use their seniority to contract show space must personally be present for the entire duration of the show, except in the event of a conflicting show, which must be approved by show management prior to show opening. The use of hotel sleeping rooms for display, writing, and/or showing of any kind is strictly prohibited.
BOOTH FEES & FURNISHINGS
8’ x 8’ booth $325.00 per booth
All booths include the following furnishings:
8’ back wall 3’ side rails * carpet * (1) 6’ draped & skirted table (3) chairs * wastebasket * ID sign
WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE
NESR will again provide wireless internet service in all exhibit areas.
You must order total amount of booth(s) or meeting room space needed on your Renewal Form. Return with full payment or payment plan request to NEWSR office according to deadline terms.
MEETING ROOM PAYMENT
You must order total amount of meeting room space needed on your Renewal Form. Return with full payment or payment plan request to NESR office according to deadline terms. Contact the NESR Office for price of Meeting Rooms.
Booth and meeting room exhibitors must pre-order electric directly from the Radisson Hotel. Save money and get your order in before the deadline! Electric Pre-Order Deadline is Friday, February 24, 2017. After February 24, 2017 on site charges apply.
NESR will staff a business center from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, equipped with copier. Cost for copies is .5 a copy.
Nothing shall be nailed, stapled, taped or otherwise affixed to walls, floors, or any part of the building. The Radisson Hotel does not permit any tape to be used on meeting room walls. No gasoline, kerosene, acetylene, propane or other flammable or explosive substance will be permitted in the building. NOTE: Same rules apply to SER Furnishings
FREIGHT, SHIPPING, DELIVERIES & HANDLING
The Radisson Hotel cannot accept shipments of any kind prior to move-in day. If you need to ship anything directly to the Radisson Hotel, please make arrangements to have it arrive on move-in day (Sunday, March 5th) - OR, you can make arrangements to send shipments to the C/O SER Exposition Services warehouse prior to TBD. In either case, drayage fees will apply.

During show set-up and break-down, portable dumpsters will be available at the rear of the exhibit area. Please place all rubbish in the dumpsters. All exhibitors are required to place their wastebaskets in front of their booth or meeting room area each evening for trash removal.
All members are required to pick up current show badge at NESR registration on March 5th prior to 6:00 pm.
Any Exhibiting Member who does not pick badges on the official move in/set up day will be charged $25.00. Replacement badges are $25.00.
ASSISTANT & PRINCIPAL BADGE FEES
Assistants = $50 each * Principals = $100 each
Please urge Assistants and Principals to register and pay for their badge by 6:00pm, Sunday 3/5.
Assistants or principals who register on site must provide business card ID that includes their name and company name. Please refer to NESR Show Rules & Policies. Badge fee is paid regardless of purpose or length of visit.
Member rep is responsible for informing all assistants and principals of registration policies and costs prior to show opening. Master Card, Visa or AMEX and Discover are accepted for payment of assistant and principal fees on site. No badge will be issued on site unless it has been paid in full. There will be no IOU’s or billing.
GUEST BADGE FEE
Guest Badge = $25.00 each
Non-participating manufacturers will be permitted access to the show on the last day only, provided a Guest fee is paid. No exceptions.
NESR ASSOCIATE MEMBER BADGE FEE
NESR Associate members are welcome and encouraged to visit all NEWSR shows and events. A $50 Associate Member badge fee will be charged, regardless of length or purpose of visit. Badge can be ordered on Renewal.
Note: Associate members who are also principals will pay a reduced principal fee of $50.00
Complimentary coffee will be provided daily starting at 8:30 am Monday through Wednesday. Food and beverage is also available in JD’ Tavern & Café on the Park at the hotel.
Note: Outside food and beverage will not be permitted inside the Hotel. The in-house services provided by the Center of New Hampshire are part of an agreement designed to enhance NEWSR’s business relationship with the facility.

yourself as being with NEWSR in order to obtain the special show rates. Make reservations early!
After the deadline date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only and the special rate is subject to availability only.
